NAI Note Maker

Terms

Terms of use

These terms cover the AI Note Maker mobile app and this website. They are a plain-language summary of how the product is offered. Last updated 4 November 2026.

Using the service

AI Note Maker provides an app and this website for creating notes, organizing folders, connecting calendars, uploading files, and chatting about your content. You need an account to use the app features. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details private.

Your content

Notes, uploads, chat messages, and calendar events you send stay yours. You give us permission to store and process that content so the product can show it back to you, extract text from files, and answer questions in chat. You confirm you have the right to upload what you send, including recordings and documents from meetings.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, upload malware, attempt to access another person’s account, or disrupt the app or its APIs. We may suspend access when we believe an account is being used this way.

Accounts

You can register with a name, email, and password, or sign in with Google or Apple where those options are offered. You can delete your account from the app. Deleting an account removes the notes, folders, chats, and calendar connections stored for that account, subject to short backups we may keep for recovery and security.

Third-party services

Calendar connections rely on Apple, Google, or Microsoft. Sign-in may rely on those providers as well. Their terms apply to the data they hold. File and audio processing may use an AI provider to extract text. If that provider is unavailable, those upload features may not work.

The website

Pages on this site, including About, Contact, Terms, and Privacy, are for information. Product features described here can change as the app changes. Contact form messages are sent through your own email app to the address we publish.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as available. Notes and chat replies can be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on them as legal, medical, or financial advice, or as a verbatim record unless you check them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost notes, missed meetings, or decisions you make from generated text.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app or site after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.

Questions about these terms go to the contact page. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy.
