NAI Note Maker

Privacy

Privacy policy

AI Note Maker stores the notes, files, chats, and calendar details you choose to put in the app. This page says what that includes and how to remove it.

Who this covers

This policy describes personal information handled by the AI Note Maker app and this website. It applies to account holders and to people who write to us from the contact page.

Information you give us

When you register, we store your name, email, and a password hash, or the identity details returned by Google or Apple sign-in. Notes store a title, content, type, and folder. Uploads can include PDFs, images, and audio. Chat stores the messages in a session. Calendar sync stores event titles, times, join links, and the connection status for Apple, Google, Outlook, or Teams.

Information collected automatically

The API may log requests needed to run and secure the service, such as timestamps and error details. This marketing site does not run analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser may store nothing beyond what it needs to load the pages.

How we use it

We use account data to sign you in and to keep your library separate from other people. We use notes, files, and audio so you can read them again and so text can be extracted into a note. We use calendar data to show your events inside the app. We use chat messages to reply in that session and to show the history you ask for. We use contact emails to answer the person who wrote.

Processors

Text extraction from PDFs, scans, and audio is sent to an AI provider when that feature is turned on. Google and Microsoft receive the tokens needed to read the calendars you connect. Apple sign-in is verified with Apple. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Account data, notes, folders, chats, and calendar events stay until you delete them or delete the account. Password reset codes expire. Security logs may be kept for a limited period after the related request. Backups, if used, roll off on their normal schedule.

Your choices

You can edit or delete a note, remove a folder, disconnect a calendar, delete a chat session, or delete your account in the app. To ask about data we hold, use the contact page and choose the Privacy topic. We may need to confirm the email on the account before we act on a request.

Children

The service is not directed at children. Do not create an account if you are under the age required to consent to these terms where you live.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. The date below is the current version. Last updated 4 November 2026.

Privacy requests can be sent from the contact page. Use of the product is also covered by the terms.
